Brand new, high quality units. The concrete is pitched away from the buildings, which is great for keeping the units dry. The gated entrance is a plus, and the ability to log in and pay for your unit online is ideal. You have the ability to pay in advance as well.. When I initially signed up, they were running a special, which was what initially piqued my interest. Location of the units were beneficial as well.
Kelly was great and lot was cleared of snow to make easy access
