Wow! Overall this place is really nice and clean and spacious. But I have to add how AWSOME the customer service is by the manager Sherry, she was simply amazing. She very kind yet firm about the rules and was much informative , all of which was really reassuring for .mento know my items that will be stored here are safe. Thank you 👍🏻
Sherry was wonderful getting us set up at this storage unit facility. She was able to accommodate us when other facilities couldn’t. The place is clean and well taken care of. They said they only do very minor price increases once per year and that we don’t have to worry about sudden price hikes.
Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. Mary was awesome! I was having phone issues that day for some reason and she was very patient with me and was not bothered at all by us getting disconnected like 3 or 4 times and the manager was so nice, when I got too tired to carry all my boxes and realized ..duh they probably have a dolly I could use she offered to bring me a flat bed dolly all the way from the other side of the building! And not to mention is very clean!
