The Storage Mall – Macedon Walworth
Macedon, NY Reviews
It’s awesome that you can do everything online and I don’t have to go in person to sign all of the paperwork. Omar Ahmed from the call center was great. He walked us through reserving everything online and sent me all the information I needed, including my gate code and the facility map. He was very patient in helping me get everything set up while my dog was barking on the phone.
I rented a 10×30 unit for a few years and the storage mall was very easy to deal with and never an issue with the facility. The price increased a few times during the years but with covid hitting and the economy the way it was and has been, it was expected. And it didn’t rise too much. Good place and recomended
Easy to setup and everything I was looking for. Very friendly
