How long does it take to rent a unit? Am I locked into a contract?

It’s easy to rent a unit with Cedar Hill Storage, and it only takes a few minutes to get you set up. Our staff can even do it over the phone to make things easier for you. You will need to sign a lease to rent a unit; however, all of our leases are month-to-month and you can vacate your storage unit at any time without risking a penalty or fees.

Do I need insurance to store my items?

Cedar Hill Storage wants to make sure your belongings are treated with care. We require insurance through your personal homeowner’s insurance or select Storsmart tenant insurance offered through our office. 

Payment Options

–Online: You can pay online through our website.  Please click the “Make A Payment” button at the top of the page to complete your payment.  If you do not have an account created yet, you will need to contact the office during normal business hours to get your account ID number.  Follow the steps on screen to set up your account.

–Property Manager:  You can get in touch with a manager during normal business hours and give a card number to them over the phone.

–Auto Pay:  You can sign up for automatic payments at the beginning of each month.  Please contact your property manager or log into your online account to find out more about this feature.
