Friend said that it was hard to get in touch with them when they called to alert him of a fire near his storage unit. They route through foreign call centers instead of picking up the phone locally. Makes it hard to get anything done. They wonder why it doesn't go to other offices during normal business hours. Said the only thing that they stay up on is making sure that you pay your monthly rental fee.
