The place BARELY has cameras, only on the entrance doors. No cameras on the units! People’s units were broke into, and they had no video of what happened. They haven’t had PEST CONTROL since before Ultra took over from Devon.. and they could care less! The roof leaks so HORRIBLY, that sections of the place nearly flood! People would want to transfer to another unit because of the water in theirs.. they wouldn’t even give them a discount or anything. The place was being over run by the local homeless junkies, they have destroyed all the sliding doors to the point none of them work! Most nights they are just wide open all night! The parking (paid) in the back is a joke! The fence has been compromised in several areas, the gate barely closes, and people just slide under it to get access. Nothing is being done about any of this! They charge more than most any other place! When they took over they raised everyone’s rent.. and not just a few dollars… in some cases in doubled! Do not rent here, too many things can and will go wrong. The owners of this property either can’t or won’t fix ANYTHING… So if you are reading this and still rent there, you can’t say you weren’t warned. (The above claims are unequivocally false and have been made under a fraudulent account by a discontented former employee. Ultra Self Storage appreciates legitimate customer feedback, and we are committed to resolve outstanding issues and will continue to provide best-in-class customer service and premium storage) NICE TRY BRITTANY!
