I was moving in on a Saturday and one of the employees sent me a video about how to find my unit because the office is closed on Saturdays, she's the sweetest and kindest! The prices are great too! I volunteer at a non profit that assists pregnant, soon to be moms, that are in dangerous living situations. Last week I had to move a woman from her apartment to the Storage Mall. The Storage Mall donated the unit and the lock to go with it. They also rented the Uhaul truck that I used in order to help this person out. Chardmarie was amazing to work with. She showed me the unit, which dock to go to, and how to access the in and out of the gate, as it was after hours. Everything was immaculate. I highly recommend this business as they have great people that run it and are there for our community.

I volunteer for a non profit that assists soon to be moms that are in a dangerous living situation. Yesterday, I moved out a woman that needed to get out of her apartment. The Storage Mall donated a unit to her and even paid for the Uhaul that I used to get her stuff. ChardMarie was amazing to work with. She walked me through how to get through the gate as it was after hours, which dock I was to access, where the unit was, and then gave me a lock for the woman, as I didn't even think of that detail. We went on a Saturday and the main office was closed so we had to figure out how to get in the building and find our unit with no direction. Once we did, we had no issues. Price seems fair compared to other storage units as well as the size.
