I was moving in on a Saturday and one of the employees sent me a video about how to find my unit because the office is closed on Saturdays, she's the sweetest and kindest! The prices are great too! I volunteer at a non profit that assists pregnant, soon to be moms, that are in dangerous living situations. Last week I had to move a woman from her apartment to the Storage Mall. The Storage Mall donated the unit and the lock to go with it. They also rented the Uhaul truck that I used in order to help this person out. Chardmarie was amazing to work with. She showed me the unit, which dock to go to, and how to access the in and out of the gate, as it was after hours. Everything was immaculate. I highly recommend this business as they have great people that run it and are there for our community.

The Storage Mall donated a unit to her and even paid for the Uhaul that I used to get her stuff. ChardMarie was amazing to work with. She walked me through how to get through the gate as it was after hours, which dock I was to access, where the unit was, and then gave me a lock for the woman, as I didn't even think of that detail. The facility was immaculate and couldn't have been better secured. We went on a Saturday and the main office was closed so we had to figure out how to get in the building and find our unit with no direction. Once we did, we had no issues. Price seems fair compared to other storage units as well as the size.

I received a call today that there is water damage in my storage unit, which I just opened in April/May. I am beyond upset, as I chose this facility specifically because it's climate controlled and would be protected from the elements. Unfortunately, here I am two months later already needing to file an insurance claim due to water damage and have no timeline for repairs to the building! I am honestly heartbroken and in tears right now. I opened this storage unit because I had to sell my mother's house, who passed in September from cancer and I now live in New York City in an apartment with limited storage. This unit is filled with all of my childhood possessions, memories and family heirlooms, which I trusted the facility to keep safe. At this point in time, I unfortunately cannot move anything either as I am eight and a half months pregnant and no longer able to travel! When I spoke to the facility I was given no consolation, no timeline to fix the roof, no option to move units and no break in fees. I was told that I would have to continue to pay full price or risk my unit being claimed delinquent or emptied by the facility! This is outrageous!! A complete lack of customer support and ownership of issues, I would never recommend this facility!
