Tim is great. He was really thorough in making sure we documented every scratch and dent on our truck rental before we headed out so we wouldn't be charged for any of it.

Tim goes way above and beyond helping, answering questions, and making sure everything is satisfactory for the customer! I wouldn't use any other place for storage - short term or long term.

This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in.
